Inspired by his experiences working with global firms, John founded Hive Modular in 2023 to address the housing crisis, applying innovative practices from aerospace to homebuilding. Guided by principles from the book The Four Agreements, he values integrity, empathy, and consistent effort, with a commitment to sustainable economic development and impactful solutions.

With a background that bridges traditional craftsmanship and modern modular construction, Jordan leads Hive Modular’s construction management with a focus on precision, efficiency, and sustainable practices.

Starting his career on custom-built homes in New England, he developed a deep commitment to quality and durability. His transition to modular volumetric construction has allowed him to refine these skills further, creating high-quality, energy-efficient homes that set new industry standards.

With over 20 years in architecture, Jeremy has shaped award-winning projects, from glass-clad pedestrian bridges to complex adaptive reuse endeavors. Based in Sydney until 2021, his work includes the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct, a half-billion-dollar redevelopment of heritage wharves into a vibrant arts center.

Alfonso drives Hive’s digital and traditional marketing efforts, managing social media and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. With a background rooted in exploration and growth, he is expanding his expertise into sales and development while planning to pursue a Master’s in Marketing Communication to deepen his impact in the industry. Alfonso believes that stepping out of your comfort zone is the ultimate catalyst for learning and growth. With experience leading large-scale projects—including two high-rise residential towers—he has overseen quality assurance and coordinated over a dozen trade supervisors to deliver complex builds on time. Jorge is a licensed architect and Project Manager at Hive Modular, leading the full lifecycle of our modular housing projects—from planning and procurement to construction and delivery. With experience spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, he combines design expertise with operational discipline to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Known for his ability to organize complexity and foster collaboration, Jorge thrives on turning big ideas into tangible, high-quality outcomes. Outside of work, he finds balance through fitness, video games, and beachside downtime—approaching both life and work with purpose, precision, and a drive for continuous improvement.
